To pair your current headphone with the replacement headphone. Fully charge the case and headphones. When the case is fully charged unplug the usb cable. Go to your bluetooth connections and delete/forget the bluetooth connection and turn off bluetooth. Put both headphones in the case and then close and open the door. With the door (and the case is not charging thru usb) press and hold the case button until the led flashes white. If the led will not flash white or flash red in the next step read the second instructions below. Then double click the button, the leds will flash red. Wait for it to finish flashing red, then close and open the case door. Turn bluetooth back on and press and hold the case button and reconnect to your device. If the headphones are not paired together repeat the process again. After connecting install the Jabra app if you have not already. Install the latest firmware if it prompts you to, if not scroll to the bottom of the screen, press support - firmware and then press force update. (Mismatched firmware between left/right headphones will cause issue's like no sound in one ear, unbalanced sound... until the firmware is updated.) After updating the firmware if there is still sound issue's the headphones will need to be reset again, start again from step 2 to reset the headphones again. If the charge case led will not flash white or will not flash red. If the headphones firmware on your good headphone has never been updated or is very old this can happen. If the charge contacts are not clean this may cause this also. Use a tooth pick or similar to clean out the headphone contacts or wipe off the charge case pins(be careful not to bend or damage the pins). With the headphones in the case(and the case fully charged and not plugged in to usb) press and hold both headphones touchpad buttons for 30 seconds. Open and close the door and hold the charge case button. If it does not flash after about 30 seconds wait for a minute with the door open to see if the led pulses. Hold the button to put in pairing mode. Then double click the button, the leds will flash red. Keep following steps 3-5 until it flashes red, it can take a few times. Finish the instructions above from step 6.
