Please see photos to determine if you have vista 1 or 2, contact us if you are not sure what model you have. For one part per order. Left headphone, right headphone or charge case. Choose part from the menu. Ear wings/tips menu options include both left and right side. If you need a headphone and are missing the ear wing contact me before ordering. Headphones are tested and in nice condition. Charge cases tested and in good condition. Will have some wear/scratches. Color of case or headphone does not matter. Black color headphones with charge with a blue charge case, left blue color headphone will pair with black right headphone...... -Black Charge Case -READ DESC.- menu option The case has marks/wear however functions 100%. Shipping- S/N of headphones or charge case are recorded before shipment. To pair your current headphone with the replacement headphone. Fully charge the case and headphones and leave it plugged in thru usb power. Go to your bluetooth connections and delete/forget the bluetooth connection and turn off bluetooth. Put both headphones in the case and then close and open the door. With the door open press and hold the case button until the led flashes. Then triple click the button, the leds will flash red. If the led's do not flash red use the second instructions below. Wait for it to finish flashing red, then open and close the case and press and hold the case button and reconnect to your device. If the headphones are not paired together repeat the process again. After connecting install the Jabra app if you have not already. Install the latest firmware if available. If the case led will not flash red or the headphones will not successfully pair to your phone/device. This will happen if your good headphone has never had the firmware updated or is a very old firmware revision. Remove the headphones from the charge case and hold both of the headphones touchpad buttons for 30 seconds. Put both headphones in the case and then close and open the door. With the door open press and hold the case button until the led flashes. Then triple click the case button, the led's will flash red. If they still do not flash red make sure the charge contacts on the headphones and charge case are clean and repeat from step 1. Wait for it to finish flashing red, then close and open the case and press and hold the case button and reconnect to your device If the headphones are not paired together repeat the process again. After connecting install the Jabra app if you have not already. Install the latest firmware if available. After installing the firmware if it does not complete and show the main app screen, says lost connection, will not reboot, only one headphone has sound.... put the headphones back in the case, delete the old bluetooth connection, turn off and on bluetooth and start again from step 2 of this instructions.
